CT she/her

As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating relational trauma, narcissistic abuse, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can feel, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood.

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is an essential part of healing, and I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients strengthen their sense of self while moving toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as with my dog, Bella. I am an avid animal lover and also enjoy traveling, music, gardening, cooking, and yoga. These activities help me stay grounded, balanced, and connected to the things that bring joy and meaning to life.

SNAP Services

In addition to my professional training, I have completed the Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities (SNAP) training, which deepened my understanding of the dynamics, manipulation patterns, and lasting emotional impact of narcissistic and abusive relationships. This specialized training allows me to support survivors with insight, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach to healing.

I also bring lived experience with narcissistic abuse and relational trauma into my work, which helps me connect with clients in an authentic and empathetic way. I understand how confusing and emotionally exhausting these experiences can be, especially when they impact your sense of self, trust, and emotional safety. My goal is to help clients rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, reconnect with their inner strengths, and move forward in a way that feels empowering and healing.
