I love creating a safe space where clients feel seen, validated, and empowered to explore their identities and overcome challenges. My ideal client is someone navigating complex emotions, neurodiversity, trauma, or identity exploration, who is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, gender and sexual identity, domestic violence, substance use disorders, neurodiversity (Autism and ADHD), and personality disorders. I am passionate about using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the Person-Centered Approach, emphasizing validation, collaboration, and skill-building.
Clients will gain tailored strategies to manage emotions, tools for self-acceptance, and a supportive ally who truly understands and respects their journey. The most challenging part is often feeling vulnerable or misunderstood, especially when addressing deeply personal or stigmatized issues. I foster an accepting, compassionate space where clients feel heard and validated, empowering them to face challenges at their own pace.
As a non-binary therapist, I bring lived experience and understanding to navigating gender identity and diverse sexualities, which informs my practice and helps me connect authentically with clients.

I am currently supervised by Mandy Friedman, LPCC-S, a specialist in treating survivors of narcissistic abuse. I have completed the educational recovery series SNAP: Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities, which equips me to work from a trauma-informed perspective. Additionally, I have over four years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence and personal experience navigating relationships with Narcissistic and Abusive Personalities. I offer a safe, compassionate space to process their experiences, develop healthy boundaries, rebuild their sense of self-worth, and gain tools to heal from trauma and emotional manipulation. I deeply admire the resilience and courage of survivors as they reclaim their power and autonomy, and I feel honored to support them on their journey to healing and rediscovering their authentic selves.
