I love being a therapist because I have the privilege of walking alongside my clients on their journeys toward healing, growth, and self-understanding. I work with individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where people feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences.
My approach is emotion-focused, and I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed, and strength-based techniques to support each person's unique path. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to making therapy an inclusive, respectful space where all identities are honored and welcomed. Clients who work with me will benefit from a compassionate, non-judgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported while they develop coping skills and build resilience to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for change, and I bring empathy, active listening, and a deep respect for each client’s story into every session. I know how overwhelming it can feel to make life changes—it can feel like climbing a mountain. But I also believe in celebrating progress, no matter how small, because each step forward builds momentum and strength.

I have received training in narcissistic abuse, specifically in SNAP, which provides education on exploitative personalities and narcissistic personalities and how they relate to the interactive components in the cycle of abusive relationships.
I can offer a safe, supportive environment, boundary work, and mindfulness techniques for a client who wants to heal after narcissistic abuse.
It is such a privilege to witness the incredible strength, resilience, and courage that clients who have survived narcissistic abuse demonstrate to heal from deep wounds.
