I specialize in helping men and couples create healthier, more authentic relationships. I work with male survivors of narcissistic abuse to rebuild identity and trust after emotional harm, and with couples to repair communication breakdowns and restore emotional safety and connection. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and polyvagal theory to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system.
Together, we’ll correct self-defeating beliefs, regulate emotions, and strengthen your sense of self. Clients describe me as kind, grounded, and straightforward—with a dry, witty sense of humor that makes difficult work more approachable. I offer telehealth sessions across Ohio in a relaxed, authentic space—often shared with one of my cats, who remind us to slow down and breathe.
Therapy with me is practical and collaborative. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve relationships, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

Since 2020, I’ve helped survivors of narcissistic abuse rebuild their confidence, safety, and sense of self. Trained and mentored by Mandy Friedman LPCC-S, I specialize in therapy for male survivors of narcissistic abuse—men who are often overlooked yet deeply deserving of healing. Using a structured, trauma-informed approach, I guide clients to strengthen boundaries, reframe self-worth, and develop the tools needed to feel safe, grounded, and empowered in their lives again.
