What I love most about being a therapist is creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, accepted, and safe enough to be themselves. I enjoy working with clients navigating trauma, relationships, sexuality, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, anxiety, depression, or a desire to better understand themselves. My clinical interests include sexuality and sexual wellness, sex-positive therapy, sexual trauma, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), relationships, and emotional well-being.

My approach is client-centered and informed by feminist theory. I believe clients are the experts on their own experiences while recognizing how relationships, identity, culture, and larger social systems can shape our lives. I hope to help clients develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, confidence in their own voice, and practical tools for navigating life's challenges.

I understand that vulnerability can be one of the hardest parts of therapy, especially when past experiences have made it difficult to feel safe being fully yourself. I strive to meet clients without judgment or pressure, allowing trust to develop at their pace and approaching therapy as something we do together. Outside of counseling, I enjoy writing poetry and fiction, music, stories, and art, and I value curiosity, authenticity, creativity, and humor.

SNAP Services

As part of my clinical training, I completed SNAP training focused on understanding narcissistic abuse, its impact on survivors, and approaches to healing. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for clients to process their experiences, rebuild trust in themselves, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of identity.

My client-centered and feminist approach emphasizes honoring each survivor’s experience, autonomy, and individual healing process. I value supporting survivors as they rediscover their voice, develop greater self-compassion, and begin defining themselves beyond the relationships and experiences that caused them harm.
