My passion as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to show up as your authentic self, without fear of judgment. I’m honored to walk alongside others as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery, in whatever form that takes.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift, we’ll work together to gently explore what’s beneath the surface and develop meaningful tools for lasting change. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from person-centered, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies, to meet your unique needs with compassion and flexibility.
I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you've been carrying things on your own for a long time. My hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you. When you're ready, I’d be honored to take that next step with you.

In addition to my professional experience, I have completed the Survivors of Narcissistic and Abusive Relationships (SNAP) course and have spent over a decade working in the healthcare field. As both a professional and a survivor of abuse, I bring a unique depth of understanding to my work with individuals recovering from abusive relationships. I find immense fulfillment in witnessing my clients’ growth, self-discovery, and the strength they reclaim as they move forward in their healing.
