CT she/her

My greatest passion as a therapist is providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can express themselves freely. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their healing journeys, and I consider it a privilege to be part of that transformative process. My ideal client is open to healing and ready to collaborate in creating positive change.

My interests focus on trauma-informed care, self-harm and suicidal ideation, eating disorders, neurodiversity, sexual identity and gender exploration, anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. My therapeutic approach integrates multiple evidence-based modalities, including person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, humanistic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Together, we will work to develop tools and strategies to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and the fear of judgment can be a significant barrier. My goal is to foster an environment where clients feel supported, validated, and empowered to be their most authentic and vulnerable selves. If you are ready to take the next step toward healing, I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

SNAP Services

In addition to my professional experience, I have completed the Survivors of Narcissistic and Abusive Relationships (SNAP) course and have spent over a decade working in the healthcare field. As both a professional and a survivor of abuse, I bring a unique depth of understanding to my work with individuals recovering from abusive relationships. I find immense fulfillment in witnessing my clients’ growth, self-discovery, and the strength they reclaim as they move forward in their healing.
