I love being a therapist because it reflects my deep belief in the innate wholeness and healing capacity of every person. With a background as both a nurse and a therapist, I value the privilege of walking alongside others through difficult times. I believe human connection is at the heart of well-being, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel supported in their healing. My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which views each of us as having an “inner family” of parts—some protective, some carrying hurt, and some longing to be heard. Together, we’ll explore these parts and reconnect you with your calm, compassionate Self, so you can find greater clarity, balance, and peace within.
I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, body shame, and life transitions, with an emphasis on cultivating resilience and shifting patterns toward greater wellness. I know the hardest step is often deciding to begin therapy, so I invite you to come as you are—we can walk this path toward healing together. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, painting, and spending time with my family and dogs, who keep life joyful and grounded.

I have completed the SNAP training (Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities). I find value in helping others recover from relationship patterns that no longer serve them. I self empowerment and the ability to heal lies within all of us. Your story matters however it does not need to hold you back from living a fulfilling and connected life.
