I deeply believe in the power of relationship and connection as primary catalysts for growth and healing. My counseling style is warm, strengths-based and collaborative. I am committed to working with clients around issues of trauma and addiction recovery, grief and life transitions using somatic, mindfulness-based and creative arts approaches. My clinical training is enriched by lived experience.
I walk with clients to build resilience and work towards healing. I am trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ and HAES affirming. My work is rooted in social justice and anti-oppression. I am particularly passionate about equitable access to mental health care.
I am supervised by Mandy Friedman, LPCC-S, and am training to work with survivors of narcissistic abuse and clients with C-PTSD. I see Ohio clients in person in Yellow Springs and via Telehealth.
The therapeutic relationship is the single most important factor in successful psychotherapy. I strive to develop a strong and authentic rapport with clients that fosters safety, honesty, transparency and growth. If you are walking through something challenging or simply desire a richer, more fulfilling life, I welcome the opportunity to connect!

Under the supervision of Mandy Friedman, LPCC-S, I am training to work with survivors of narcissistic abuse and clients with C-PTSD. I am committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to meet the unique needs of trauma and abuse survivors. Additionally, I bring my own lived experience to my work with clients seeking holistic, embodied mental health care. One of the greatest parts of my work is being witness to the growth and healing of my clients who are survivors of abuse.
