I believe therapy is an opportunity to create a safe and courageous space where meaningful change, insight, and healing can occur. I enjoy helping clients explore life’s deeper questions while navigating the challenges that impact their daily lives. My ideal clients are individuals who are willing to show up authentically and engage in the healing process with openness, curiosity, and courage.
My professional experience includes working with survivors of interpersonal violence and other forms of power-based trauma, as well as individuals experiencing severe mental illness and acute or chronic suicidal ideation in crisis stabilization settings. I use an integrative approach that combines existential-humanistic perspectives, including Gestalt therapy, with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also continue to expand my expertise in supporting individuals with substance use disorders through ongoing chemical dependency counseling training.
I understand that healing is rarely linear, and one of the most difficult parts of therapy can be learning to accept setbacks, triggers, and periods of feeling stuck without losing hope in the process. As someone who has personally experienced the transformative value of therapy, I deeply appreciate the vulnerability it takes to seek support and remain engaged in healing over time. My goal is to provide a collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools for lasting growth.

I offer survivors of narcissistic abuse a compassionate, supportive space grounded in both professional understanding and lived experience. I recognize that every survivor’s experience is unique, and I help clients process the impact of abuse while also supporting them in rebuilding their sense of self, navigating the aftermath, and creating a life that feels authentic and empowering.
I enjoy working with survivors from a strengths-based perspective that honors the resilience and survival skills they developed along the way. Together, we explore how past experiences continue to show up in the present while helping clients redefine what healing, thriving, and healthy relationships can look like moving forward.
