I am a solution-focused, problem-solving therapist specializing in working with survivors of abuse and clients with Complex PTSD (C-PTSD). My approach involves utilizing evidence-based strategies and therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Polyvagal Theory. My goal is to help you navigate the path of recovery, create sustainable change, and maintain a healthy life free from abuse.
In our sessions, you can expect a direct, curious, and open approach. I believe in getting straight to the heart of the matter while keeping an open mind to explore all aspects of your journey. Together, we will work on building confidence, developing coping strategies, and fostering a sense of safety and empowerment. I aim to guide you through your recovery, helping you find stability and hopefulness along the way. By combining evidence-based approaches with a focus on your individual needs, I support you in breaking free from past traumas and creating healthier relationships.

I am the creator of the educational recovery series SNAP: Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities. I provide education and training to clients, concerned loved ones and professionals on the topics of abusive personalities, abusive relationships, targets of abuse and survivors in recovery. I train each of our clinicians on these topics in order to ensure that every therapist at Clermont Mental Health has the foundational knowledge required to work with survivors of narcissistic abuse.
