I am a solution-focused psychotherapist specialized in working with survivors of abuse and individuals with Complex PTSD (C-PTSD). My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Polyvagal Theory.
I offer consultation and psycholegal services, including custody evaluations. Consultation services are for survivors, concerned family members or professionals. Anyone seeking information about abusive personalities, targets of abuse, abusive relationships and recovery from abuse can benefit from this service.Currently, I am not accepting new therapy clients. My primary focus is providing training and supervision to emerging therapists who are passionate about supporting survivors of abuse. At Clermont Mental Health, our team works collaboratively to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
For those affected by narcissistic abuse, I offer 2-3 consultation sessions to assess your situation, provide guidance, and help develop a recovery plan. Together, we will work to establish a sustainable path toward healing and a healthy, abuse-free life. Often, clients in recovery will ask, "How can I start dating if I am terrified of this happening again?" This is one of the worst fears survivors will face as they recover from traumatic relationships. I can offer strategies and perspectives that can help you safeguard yourself as you practice healthy dating habits. If you are new to dating or dating someone new, I can consult with you on your history and current circumstances to create a plan for finding the safe and healthy connections you deserve.

I am the creator of the educational recovery series SNAP: Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities. I provide education and training to clients, concerned loved ones and professionals on the topics of abusive personalities, abusive relationships, targets of abuse and survivors in recovery. I train each of our clinicians on these topics in order to ensure that every therapist at Clermont Mental Health has the foundational knowledge required to work with survivors of narcissistic abuse.
