I love holding space for others to express their feelings. My ideal client is open to learning with me and ready to get candid about their needs. Much of my experience has been working with individuals who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment concerns. I take a Person-Centered approach to counseling and enjoy employing tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and therapeutic art. One of the biggest challenges for a client can be learning to open up and trust someone new. I strive to create an environment of acceptance and give my clients time and space to open up when they're ready. I'm a creative person and have been know to crochet until my fingers hurt! I enjoy being outdoors and practicing yoga, and have a cranky dog named Butter.

I have completed SNAP: Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities and am under the clinical supervision of Mandy Friedman LPCC-S. I enjoy healing alongside survivors of narcissistic abuse. Finding the language for what we've been through is important. I'm passionate about overcoming shame and learning to set healthy boundaries.
